Here are the financial arrangements that we can offer to Provinces, government and State Owned Enterprises on long term financing on Structured Loans against government guarantees:
GOVERNMENT / SEMI GOVERNMENT:
Loan Amortization: up to 30 years
Grace Period: 5 Years
Interest Rate: 3% to 5% per annum
PRIVATE SECTORS:
Loan Amortization: up to 10 years
Grace Period up to 2 years
Interest Rate: 7% to 10% per annum.
Loans can be structured from US$ 250 million and up NO LIMITS for government/semi government. And US$ 50 million and up NO LIMITS for private sectors.
