We have a correspondent relationship with a private investment banking firm which specializes in providing subordinated capitalization for Commercial Real Estate/ Corporate Projects.
The firm considers projects that require equity and/or debt financing for commercial development, corporate start-ups, plus working and operating capital.This specialty investor has over twenty-five years in equity/debt financing. Since its Inception, they have developed, acquired and invested projects exceeding $2.5 billion in Closed transaction value.

Projects eligible for consideration may be either in the concept stage, or in any subsequent stage of development. The investor will finance up to 100% of both hard and soft costs, associated with project development and is willing to address financing soft costs prior to final project approvals. Projects requiring fast bridge financing are also eligible. Below is an outline of basic investment criteria followed by a brief overview of the firm:
