Need to lease (BUY) BG or SLC!
Before receiving BG or SLC via SWIFT MT760 our bank will send the obligation for payment fee via SWIFT MT799 (Fee will be up to %10)!
WE would like to offer you the following proposal:
1) Need to avail financial instrument in leasing (cash backed BG or SLC).
2) It is necessary that issuing bank will be Top World Bank (European or USA) and Bank should follow to the next procedures:
3) After signing the main contract we put $10.000 on Escrow account on one of Independent Law companies of New York;
4) Party, issuing financial instrument, provide POF (this manner will be discussed);
5) After verification and checking POF we confirm payment of Fee, concerning leasing of financial instrument, and responsibility of repayment of financial instrument 15 days before expiration of maturity day;
6)We guarantee payment of Fee in amount of 10% for using this instrument during 1 year. These 10% include 1% of commissions for all the participants of this transaction;
7)After verification by Buyer bank via SWIFT there will be the payment of leasing Fee according to the pre-advanced guarantee from the side of Lessee’s bank!
It is 100% insurance and safety scheme!
Final procedures will be stated in contract after discussing!
