1. Seller or his Mandate issues Full Corporate Offer – FCO.
2. Buyer or his representative comes to Mali to make inspection and a Sample Test to confirm the quality and purity of the Gold.
3. Buyer pay every exportation charges expenses to make the shipment of the Gold in Mali.
4. Buyer carries out final assay test of Total quantity in Buyer’s refinery and in the Presence of Seller representative and Money will be Swifted in to Seller Nominated Bank Account.
5. Buyer will deduct the total expenses for the shipment and the 10% guarantee payment wish amounted to 16.5% and the balance 83.5% will be swifted into seller nominated account and other shipment will follow immediately.
