The group's business model provides the individual “accredited” investor access to large-scale land projects, which have typically been reserved for large corporations and developers. With offices in 6 countries, the Group has, over the years, attracted over 25,000 investors and currently has over 19,000 acres of land under management.
The group focuses on the purchase of strategically located raw land in the path of development of major North American cities, a concept known as Land Banking. Following the acquisition, the group will syndicate the land to accredited investors and then manage the entitlement processes. This model is what we call our Four Pillars of Strength.
